Colemont FKB Latvia was founded in 2000 as Finansu Konsultanti un Brokeri Ltd (Finance consultants and brokers). As such it operated six years until joining in 2006 the international insurance broker company “Colemont Insurance Brokers” based in the USA. It is one of the most rapidly growing companies in its field in the world for it operates already in 17 countries and is determined to begin new cooperation also elsewhere in the world.

Since 2010 we are members of the AmWins Group, which was established in the USA as a result of merging of two companies: Colemont Insurance Brokers and AmWins. It is now the biggest wholesale broker in the USA with 70 offices and 1 800 employees worldwide, which underwrite USD 5 billion insurance premiums annually.

The professional civil liability of Colemont FKB Latvia Ltd has been insured for 25 millions of pounds and the written premiums in 2010 was more than 2.7 millions LVL which rates us among top 5 insurance broker corporations in Latvia. The statutory capital of the company is 51 000 GBP and more than 25 experienced employees work in it.

Colemont FKB Latvia is a member of Latvian Insurance Brokers’ Association (Latvijas Apdrošināšanas Brokeru asociācija) and takes active part in its board and commissions. The professional activity of Colemont FKB Latvia is fully in compliance with the Code of Ethics of the Association regulating the activity of the brokers.
