This insurer rating was developed by insurance brokers of Colemont FKB Latvia, who work with insurance companies every day. The questionnaire was prepared by the Latvian Association of Insurance Brokers which performs evaluation of Latvian insurers on regular basis.

• attitude towards brokers;
• equality of attitude towards own clients and the ones of the broker;
